The first decision the new School Council made was to decide which charities they would like to support.

Money raised at the Harvest Festival was donated to Air Ambulance and NSPCC.  This was chosen democratically.  All children in the school were asked for their chosen charity and the School Council discussed each charity and decided on those that had the most votes.

Further fund raising ideas have supported the Haiti disaster by wearing hats for the day.

For Sport Relief to School Council organised a sponsored mile which raised over £2000.  This is the largest amount of money the school has raised for any one charity.  Well done!!
